What helped you through the first lockdown that might help others now?

The closure of the UK announced in March changed our way of life and presented all of us with challenges we never dreamed of facing: queuing for basic needs; not being able to meet new relatives; without saying goodbye to the old.

But amid hardships and hard-hitting headlines stories of kindness and generosity; resilience in the face of adversity and people finding new ways to unite.

Many of us developed coping strategies, personal practices that helped us increase our resilience. As England heads into another lockdown, we want to learn about those strategies and share some of them with readers to help them in the weeks and months to come.
