FREE WILL ASTROLOGY – Week beginning August 27, 2021

VIRGO (from August 23 to September 22):
“I sing like the nightingale whose melody crowds into the too narrow passage of her throat,” wrote author Virginia Woolf. That was an insulting curse for her to cast herself. I disapprove of that behavior, especially for you in the next few weeks. If you hope to be aligned with the cosmic rhythms, don’t you dare say nasty things about yourself, even in the privacy of your own thoughts. In fact, focus on the exact opposite: throwing yourself praise, appreciation, and compliments.

LIBRA (from September 23 to October 22):
Tumblr blogger wlw says the following are the cutest actions. 1. Fasten clothing or jewelry for your companion. 2. Let your head rest on your shoulder. 3. Play idly with your hands. 4. Brush a sheet of hair. 5. Block the pinkies. 6. Rub your back when you hug. 7. Both wear an item that belongs to the other. Dear Libra, I hope you employ these cute actions more often than usual in the coming weeks, Libra. Why? In my astrological opinion, it is a propitious time to increase your Affection Quotient with the allies that matter most to you.

ESCORPION (from October 23 to November 21):
Naturalist Henry David Thoreau He wrote in his journal: “I feel a bit congratulated when nature condescends to use me without my knowledge — like when I help spread its seeds on my path — or when I carry strawberries and cockles on my clothes from field to field. I feel as if I have done something for the greater good. “I mention this, Scorpio, because the next few weeks will be an excellent time for you to carry out good works and useful transformations in the name of nature. Your ability to collaborate benevolently with plants, animals and elemental forces will be at its peak, as will your ability to create interesting connections between you and all things wild.

SAGITTARIUS (from November 22 to December 21):
You may have never heard of Sagittarius artist Baya Mahieddine (1931-1998). At 16, he experienced great success with a show in Paris. Famous artists Pablo Picasso, Henry Matisse and George Braques came. They were inspired by Mahieddine’s innovative use of color, elements of her Algerian heritage, and her dreamy images. Picasso even invited her to work with him, rejoicing in the new perspectives she ignited. Although his art never got all the credit it deserved, astrological omens empower you to go out and get the recognition and appreciation you deserve, but have yet to fully receive.

CAPRICORN (from December 22 to January 19):
“Who knows what happens on the other side of every hour?” asked Capricorn poet Juan Ramón Jiménez (translated by Capricorn poet Robert Bly). “How many times was sunrise there, behind a mountain. How many times the bright cloud that was piling up far away was already a golden body filled with thunder! “Your task, Capricorn, is to imagine what is unfolding beyond your perception and understanding. But here is the twist: you must turn your mind away from the inclinations to surrender to fear. You must imagine that the events in the works are beautiful, interesting or redeeming. If you’re not up for doing that, skip the exercise altogether.

AQUARIUS (from January 20 to February 18):
“Better than any argument is to get up at dawn and collect dewy berries in a cup,” wrote author Wendell Berry. In general, I agree with that sentiment, although I will also speak well for certain types of arguments. There are times when it is crucial to your psychological and spiritual health that you start a conversation about sensitive topics that could lead to a dispute. However, I don’t think this is one of those times, Aquarius. In my astrological opinion, picking red berries wet with dew is much more sensible than any argument. For more inspiration, read this testimonial from the actor. Natasha Lyonne: “I’d definitely rather take a nap than get mad.”

PISCES (from February 19 to March 20):
For painter Vincent van Gogh, love was not primarily a sentimental feeling. Nor was it a widespread unfocused desire for health and happiness in those she cared for. Rather, he wrote: “You must love with a high, serious and intimate sympathy, with will, with intelligence.” His love was alert, sharp, active, and energetic. He was animated by a determination to be resourceful and resourceful to nurture the loved one. For Van Gogh, love was always in action, always moving toward an ever-renewed commitment. At the service of intimacy, he said, “you should always seek to know more thoroughly, better and more.” I hope you make these meditations a top priority for the next seven weeks.

ARIES (March 21 to April 19):
Aries mythologist Joseph Campbell advised us to love our destiny. He said that we should say to ourselves: “Whatever my destiny, this is what I need.” Even if an event seems inconvenient or disturbing, we treat it as an opportunity, as an interesting challenge. “If you bring love to that moment, don’t be discouraged,” Campbell said, “you will find strength.” He concludes that any deviation or disorder that you can learn from “is an improvement in your character, your height and your life. What a privilege! “Few zodiac signs are inclined to enthusiastically adopt this approach, but you Aries are more likely to do so. Now is an especially favorable time to use it.

TAURUS (from April 20 to May 20):
Taurus’ brilliant dancer and choreographer Martha Graham He spoke of “a vitality, a life force, a revival that is translated through you into action”, adding that “there is only one of you in all time.” He added: “It is not your business to determine how good it is, or how it compares to other expressions. It’s up to you to keep it clear and direct, to keep the channel open. “But even if you do it very well, Graham said, you will always feel” a divine dissatisfaction, a blessed discomfort “that will feed you. This is the perfect message for you. Taurus will embrace it in the coming weeks.

GEMINI (from May 21 to June 20):
There is growing scientific evidence that we become stupid by complaining too much, or even hearing other people complain a lot. Excessive negative thoughts drain energy from our hippocampus, a part of our brain that is essential for problem solving. This does not mean, of course, that we should avoid dealing with difficult problems. But it does suggest that we should discern how many disturbing and depressing ideas we harbor. Based on my reading of the auguries, this will all be especially helpful advice for you in the weeks ahead.

CANCER (from June 21 to July 22):
Your brain contains a hundred billion nerve cells. Each cell has the potential to be linked to tens of thousands of others. And they are always busy. Normally, your gray matter makes a million new connections every second. But I suspect that his number of connections will increase even beyond that in the coming weeks. Your more complex organ will work harder than usual. Will it be a good or bad thing? It depends on whether you formulate the intention of channeling your intelligence into wise analysis on important matters, and not wasting it in a scandal neglected over trivial details.

LEO (July 23 to August 22):
“You should have a sticky soul,” advises author Elizabeth Berg. “The act of assimilating things continuously should be as important a part of you as the color of your hair.” I especially endorse that attitude for you for the next four weeks, Leo. Your task is to become more magnetic to all the insights, experiences, ideas, connections, and resources that you need the most. By September 23, I suspect you will have gained an infusion of extra ballast and seriousness.
