6. Exhale forcefully, bringing your breath to the back of your tongue.
7. As you exhale, make a “ha” sound that comes deep from your abdomen.
8. Then breathe normally for a few minutes.
9. Repeat the lion’s breath 3-5 times.
10. Then breathe deeply for a few minutes after your practice.
