Burt’s Bees Lipstick Review | Allure

HOW IT LOOKS/FEELS:

Offered in 18 shades, the creamy lip bullet glides on smoothly, imparts color as it moisturizes lips, and has a pretty, satin finish. The packaging is made from 60 percent recycled plastic.

WHY WE LIKE IT:

Considering how often we mindlessly lick our lips during the day, we imagine we’ve accidentally ingested several hundred pounds of lipstick by now.

Green-beauty fans will like swiping on Burt’s Bees line of lipsticks, which don’t contain parabens, phthalates, mineral oil, or petrolatum. What they do have: moisturizing moringa and raspberry-seed oils along with rich, vibrant, long-lasting color — characteristics that anyone (especially people prone to dry, chapped lips) will appreciate.
