Artis Makeup Brushes Are Covered in Swarovski Crystals for the Holidays

If the last couple of years of Artis‘s holiday collection has left you feeling a little left out, that’s understandable. The shining star of their gift offerings in 2018 and 2019 has been a diamond-encrusted version of the famous Elite Oval 7 Brush, which turned the $65 tool into a $25,000 collector’s item available to only a tiny handful of makeup (and diamond) lovers. This year’s hero holiday product packs just as much sparkle, and while its price is still nothing to sneeze at, it’s undeniably more accessible.

The makeup-brush brand poses a question: “They say diamonds are a girl’s best friend — but have you ever tried an Artis Oval 7 Brush covered in Swarovski crystals?” If not, that’s probably because it’s just now launching three Swarovski-embellished versions of its best-selling tool. “Eccentric crystal finishes sparkle with an avant-garde debonair and the iconic proprietary blend of technological advancement and user-friendly comfort you expect from your Artis Oval 7 Brush,” the brand promises.

Two of the new brushes — the Translucent Crystal Elite Mirror Oval 7 Brush and the Red Crystal Elite Mirror Oval 7 Brush — feature fully-encrusted heads and ring up at $250 each. The former boasts diamond-like white crystals and the latter is covered in ruby-resembling stones, evenly and tightly dispersed on the flip side of the brush’s supersoft fibers, which can be used to apply foundation, blush, bronzer, powder, and even skin-care products.

Our personal favorite, however, may be the $200 Emerald Crystal Elite Mirror Oval 7 Brush. It features a green cushion-cut Swarovski crystal in the center surrounded by oval and round white stones. Smaller green and white crystals are interspersed throughout the rest of the surface.

Each brush comes with a large travel case — get this — and a knit stocking-like red brush slipper for storage protection and just all-around cuteness.

If $200 is beyond your budget, worry not — there are other amazing makeup brushes available this holiday season, like the Allure Best of Beauty award-winning Jenny Patinkin Luxury Vegan Powder/Bronzer Brush ($38), and the Moda Metallics Triad Eye Brush, which has a gorgeous gold finish that looks more luxurious than its $5 price tag suggests.

All three Swarovski-enhanced brushes will be available to add some glamour to your holiday gifting on byartis.com starting October 20.
