July 19, 2021– One misty morning 30 years ago, Bob Sadler was searching for the perfect photo along a riverbank. There was a rowing competition. A homeless man passed by, looked at him and said, “I guess the question for you is: are you an artist or just an observer with a camera?” Sadler’s life changed. He thought, “Every corporation that says ‘we should unite’ has one of these images! What am I doing this for?” He stopped and relaxed, and something changed.
