Here’s your weekly horoscope …

FREE WILL ASTROLOGY – Week beginning January 7, 2020

CAPRICORN (from December 22 to January 19):
“I just want people around me who can do the impossible,” said Elizabeth Arden, a Capricorn businesswoman. In that spirit, and in keeping with your astrological potentials, I hereby authorize you to pursue two “impossible” goals in 2021. The first comes courtesy of fashion writer Diana Vreeland, who wrote: “There is only one thing in life, and that is the continual renewal of inspiration. ” Your second “impossible” goal is from actress Juliette Binoche, who said, “My only ambition is to be true in every moment that I’m living.”

AQUARIUS (from January 20 to February 18):
Your past is becoming more and more irrelevant, while your future is still a bit amorphous. To help clarify the possibilities you could reap in 2021, I suggest that you suspend your theories about what your life is all about. Empty yourself as much as you can. Commit to reevaluating everything you think you know about your purpose. Once you’ve accomplished that, ponder the following questions: 1. What experiences do you really need and passionately long for? Not the experiences you needed and longed for in the past, but the ones that are most vivid and moving right now. 2. What are the differences between your terrifying fantasies and your precise intuitions? How can you cultivate the second and downplay the first? 3. What do your night dreams and semi-conscious fantasies tell you about how to create the most interesting version of the future?

PISCES (from February 19 to March 20):
Author Gunter Grass wrote: “Writers know that sometimes there are things in the drawer for decades before they finally come out and we are able to write about them.” I would universalize your thinking this way: Most of us know that possibly useful ideas and dreams are in the drawer for years before they finally come out and we know how to use them. I believe this will be an ongoing experience for you in 2021, Pisces.

ARIES (March 21 to April 19):
The pandemic has made nurturing our communities challenging. To make new connections and keep our existing connections vibrant, we have had to be more resourceful. I hope you make this job one of your sacred missions in 2021, Aries. In my astrological opinion, you must be resourceful and tireless as you nurture your network of allies. Your task during our ongoing crisis is to lead the way while showing us all how to exercise the art of high-minded networking.

TAURUS (from April 20 to May 20):
Taurus actor George Clooney is worth $ 500 million. Yet his dazzling opulence is paltry compared to that of Taurus entrepreneur Mark Zuckerberg, whose fortune exceeds $ 100 billion. It is my duty to inform you that you will probably never reach the wealth levels of either of us. However, I am hopeful that in the next 12 months he will launch plans that will ultimately allow him to have all the money he needs. 2021 will be an auspicious time to formulate and implement a dynamic master plan for financial stability.

GEMINI (from May 21 to June 20):
One of his main themes for the next 12 months comes from Leonardo da Vinci. He wrote: “To develop a complete mind: study the science of art. Study the art of science. Learn to see. Realize that everything connects to everything else. “By using da Vinci’s instructions as a seed for your meditations, you will spark more inspirations on how to make 2021 a historic time in the evolution of your education. I hope you will treasure the value of “learning to see” and “realizing how everything connects to everything else.” They should be at the root of your intention to learn as much as you can.

CANCER (from June 21 to July 22):
A large study by psychiatric researchers suggests that more than half of us experience potentially disabling trauma in childhood. You’re in the minority if you didn’t! That’s the bad new. The good news is that 2021 will be a time when Cancerians will have more power than ever to heal at least some of the wounds from their old traumas. You will also attract extra luck and help perform these subtle miracles. To start the process, make a list of three practical actions you can take to instigate your vigorous healing.

LEO (July 23 to August 22):
Leo’s author Isabel Allende says: “We are in the world to seek love, find it and lose it, over and over again. With each love, we are born again, and with each love that ends we pick up a new wound. I am covered in proud scars. “I appreciate Allende’s point of view and understand that it is useful, even inspiring, for many people. But my path has been different. When I was young, I enjoyed my never-ending search for sex and romance. It was exciting. keep jumping from issue to issue. But, as I eventually discovered, that habit made me stupid and shallow about love. It kept me from having to do the hard psychological work necessary to continually reinvent intimacy and become eligible for deeper and more interesting versions of love. I bring this to your attention, Leo, because I believe that 2021 could be your time for a personal rebirth that will be made possible by deep and interesting versions of love.

VIRGO (from August 23 to September 22):
Israel Regardie (1907-1985) was an accomplished and influential author. To what did you attribute your success? I’ll let you speak for yourself: “Nothing in the world can replace perseverance. Talent will not; nothing is more common than talented failed people. Genie will not; Genius without reward is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated tramps. Persistence and determination are omnipotent. “I hope you will write this quote and post it on the bathroom mirror in 2021, Virgo.

LIBRA (from September 23 to October 22):
The Kabbalistic Tree of Life is a mystical symbol of the hidden structure of creation. At its heart, in the most fundamental position, is the principle of beauty. This suggests that the wise teachers who gave us the Tree did not regard beauty simply as a luxury to be sought only when all practical matters were settled. Nor is it a secondary concern for those on a spiritual path. Rather, beauty is essential to our health and intelligence. In accordance with astrological omens, I invite you to follow the example of the Tree of Life. During the next 12 months, pay special attention to the people, things, experiences, thoughts, and feelings that are beautiful to you. Ponder how to nurture and learn from and be inspired by them.

ESCORPION (from October 23 to November 21):
According to motivational speaker Les Brown, the problem for many people is not that they “aim too high and miss,” but rather that they “aim too low and hit.” I am conveying this to you just in time for the Highest Reach Phase of your long-term astrological cycle. According to my analysis, you will generate good fortune for yourself if you refine and expand your personal goals. Here’s a key detail: don’t borrow anyone else’s standards of success. Focus on the unique code of your soul and give it a fuller, deeper and wilder expression.

SAGITTARIUS (from November 22 to December 21):
One of my main joys in reading books is discovering thoughts and feelings that I have never encountered before. That’s exciting! But it is difficult to force myself to continue analyzing an author’s prose if it is full of things I already know from my own life or from books, movies, and other arts. The novels of the Russian author Fyodor Dostoevsky fit this last description. I realize that many people love his fiction, but to me it is monumentally obvious and boring. And you, Sagittarius? Where do you go to be exposed to new and exciting ways of seeing the world? Judging from the astrological omens, I conclude that this quest will be especially fun and crucial for you in the coming months.
